Thomas F. Reaoch is the founder and Executive Director of RC Invest, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and raised in Pittsburgh and Bath, Ohio. Thomas is a graduate of Bowling Green University, Bowling Green, Ohio, USA, post graduate study at PUC The Catholic University of São Paulo, Brazil, Administration in Finance from FACAMP The Faculdade de Campinas, Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, Environmental Liability from METROCAMP The Metropolitan University of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
Over 30 years of management experience in Brazilian and multinational companies, such as Alcoa, Hunter Douglas, Rievers & Gussin (Payless Shoes) and Feeling Structures . A founding member and Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce AMCHAM , Campinas Branch, former President of the Foreign Trade Committee, Vice President of the Health Committee and the Small Business Committee.
Member of Vistage International Campinas, knowledgeable in the Brazilian, Latin American, North American and European markets, his major differentials are creativity, multicultural team management and highly motivational personality.
